Session I In the first installment of New Year New You, this program focuses on you having the power to show up in this world the way you want to.  You  choose the answer to the question, “Who do I want to become?”  In this guided workshop, you will use journaling as a tool to create a life blueprint.  You will identify your true values and beliefs with the intention of  aligning your actions to them.

Laura Mazzella, the owner of the traveling yogi, is an RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Certified teacher.   She has been practicing yoga and meditation since 1998 and has found that both practices are transformational.

Session II In this second installment of New Year New You: Are you doing all the right things… but still not living the life you quietly dream about. The career you want, the balance you want, the version of yourself you want. Maybe you've built a stable life, but deep down you know there's another level of alignment, purpose and confidence waiting for you. You are not alone, and you are not wrong for wanting your outer life to finally match your inner vision. A fresh start for you to make positive changes, set new goals, improve habits, and feel motivated to be the best version of yourself. 

 Ana Jorge, a work-life balance coach working with women who want to have it all and live a vibrant life. This means so many times exploring a new possibilities and embracing a new identity.
