Healthy Bones presented by the Parsippany Library and Norwescap. This exercise class is to help keep our bones strong, with gentle stretching and movement.

AARP Tax Aide to help people with their taxes

For children ages 2-5 and their caregivers. Join us for songs, stories, fingerplays, and a craft! No registration required. 

Gentle Yoga. This is a paid program $5.00 a class. 

For children from birth to age 2 and their caregivers. Join us for songs, stories, fingerplays, and a coloring sheet! No registration required. 

Typically, there are four players seated around a table, although two or three people can also play.

Needle felting uses sheep wool as a medium along with a felting needle as a tool to sculpt the wool into various shapes.

Paper Shapers with Deanna Kwan
 

Come learn origami – the art of paperfolding. Origami is a fun, creative, surprising, and challenging craft. Join the fold and experience the magic of turning paper into an amazing work of art.

For children age 5 and older.  Visit with a therapy dog or two!  Animals are provided by Creature Comfort Pet Therapy.  No registration required.

This course uses gentle and restorative yoga techniques, breath work and meditation to relax the body and mind. Please wear what makes you feel comfortable, taking your shoes off for the practice is suggested, chairs will be available.

Public  speaking, communication, and leadership

Adult are welcome at this crochet program where they will assist with crochet questions, and even knitting questions, as they do invite knitters to the group.
