In gentle yoga, the movement is slow, each movement is linked with breath, and we enter into the postures gradually—moving in and out of each pose first, and then finding a holding position.

We are running this one again this year for all the people who could not get into last year's workshop. Presenter Lynn Schwartz will guide you in creating textures and patterns by using paint and leaves.
