Junk journaling is a creative form of journaling that uses recycled materials like old book pages, receipts, magazine clippings, packaging, and other “junk” to create a personalized journal.

A little self-care with therapy dogs goes a long way. Come by the library and pet a dog to create a little calm and relaxation in your day-to-day.
