In gentle yoga, the movement is slow, each movement is linked with breath, and we enter into the postures gradually—moving in and out of each pose first, and then finding a holding position.

Join us in February to make a fun Valentine themed gumball machine. We will be putting together our gumball machine and filling it with Valentine sprinkles to display.

The Georgia of the North sheds light on New Jersey’s pivotal role in the early Civil Rights Movement, highlighting the leadership and activism of Black women from the Great Migration through the 1950s.
