In gentle yoga, the movement is slow, each movement is linked with breath, and we enter into the postures gradually—moving in and out of each pose first, and then finding a holding position.

For Ages 6 & Up: We enter the dreams of African American artist Faith Ringgold, where she is always freely flying and dancing! Ringgold created many colorful story quilts about her memories, her dreams, and the civil-rights movement.
