This is a paid program $5.00 a class.
In gentle yoga, the movement is slow, each movement is linked with breath, and we enter into the postures gradually—moving in and out of each pose first, and then finding a holding position.

This year's Collaborative Summer Reading theme is Color Our World. We will be hosting a special four week storytime series to explore the colors around us. The program will be on Tuesdays at 10:30am at the Mt. Tabor Library.
