We will make a Colorful Butterfly craft using a coffee filter, clothing pin and water colors. Along with a craft, the library has a butterfly kit so that we can watch caterpillars change into butterflies.

This course uses gentle and restorative yoga techniques, breath work and meditation to relax the body and mind. Please wear what makes you feel comfortable, taking your shoes off for the practice is suggested, chairs will be available.
