In gentle yoga, the movement is slow, each movement is linked with breath, and we enter into the postures gradually—moving in and out of each pose first, and then finding a holding position.

Join us for a community drum circle where everyone can connect through rhythm and music. This interactive experience will include an instructional portion about the history and benefits of drum circles, followed by collaborative drumming.
