Event Details
A Second Chance Project, a nonprofit organization set on spreading awareness about the life-saving gift of organ donations, will give a seminar at the Parsippany Public Library. Through seminars, fundraisers, and collaborations, they inspire people to register as organ donors, helping the many on the waiting list for a transplant. Co-founders Vaidehi Desai and Meghana Metla, who are in their junior year of high school, lead the organization while advisor Emily Barkocy, a kidney recipient aids the effort by spreading her moving story. Join us in our mission to give the gift of tomorrow.
