Event Details

Books can be quite deadly. Throughout history the materials that have been used to make books have varied  from arsenic to lead. This lecture will provide histories, stories, and imagery on the poisonous aspects of book production.

A book bound in arsenic and deadly pigments will also be available to be viewed...under glass
