A calming wellness session introducing EFT Tapping and Hypnosis for stress relief and emotional balance. In this interactive experience, participants will first explore EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping—what it is, how it works, and how it can gently release stress and regulate the nervous system. Attendees will practice a simple tapping sequence they can use anytime to restore calm and clarity.
The session will then introduce hypnosis, clarifying common misconceptions and explaining how it is a safe, natural state of focused relaxation. Participants will be guided through a brief group hypnosis experience designed to reduce stress and enhance mental clarity. This workshop offers practical, easy-to-apply tools to help you feel calmer, more centered, and in control.


Gulnaz Saeed, CHC, is a Life Coach and Certified HypnoCounselor, and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists.
