Event Details

Celebrate the Festival of Lights with us! Join the Main Library for a celebration of music, dance, art, food, and fun for the whole family. Experience cultural performances, creative activities, and delicious food as we honor the joy and traditions of Diwali together.

  • Sound Bath session
  • Thillai Dance Fine Arts performance - limited to the first 200 people only
  • Bollywood movie & dance party - limited to 200 people only
  • Henna
  • Crafts
  • Photo booth—courtesy of Garden State Glam
  • Art demonstrations by Tulika Muknerjee & Deepa Vavilala
  • Chai tea station—provided by Caffe Dehli
  • Food trucks—🍦Tommy Scoops Ice Cream & 🍛Bhimas Indian Food Truck
  • Outdoor games and sparklers (weather permitting)
