Bracco Farms presents: After the Harvest:

Information on how to preserve your garden harvest

 

  1. Canning, Jarring, Pickling, and Dehydration
  2. Storage of root crops
  3. Freezing and cubing vegetables
  4. Making jams and jellies
  5. Storing your harvest in a dark pantry, root cellar, or basement                                                                                        

The program is paid for by funds donated by Jayne Beline, former Director of the Parsippany Library, in memory of her father, Vincent Wallace.
